10/15/12-At 1254, 167 was requested by Harrison Pd(1421) to Freeport Rd @ Springhill Rd @ the war memorial for mulch that is on fire. 113 arrived to find mulch smoldering with no fire at this time. 167 LT1 requested 167R2 to bring a water can over non-emergency. Crews overhauled and watered down the area and then cleared shotly after.
